Vinification: Partial destemming of the grapes. Fermentation temperature controlled at 16°C. Aging in small stainless steel vats

Sensations: Clear gold color with greenish reflections. Shiny appearance. Complex nose with a beautiful minerality, evoking notes of candied fruit and vine peach. The attack on the palate is frank, dominated by aromas of lime, underlined by a beautiful minerality. A wine with good aging potential.
