Vinification: Partial destemming. Fermentation temperature controlled at 16°C. Aging stainless steel vats of 31 hectoliters

Sensations : Clear, pale gold color with greenish reflections. Shiny appearance. An expressive and mineral nose with fruity and stewed notes. A nice sweet and fresh attack on the palate, slightly lemony.

Pairings : Serve with pan-fried chanterelles and porcini risotto.

Our advice : Serve now and until 2027. Serve chilled at 9° - 10°C
