Vinification:
Champagne pressing followed by a light maceration. Vinification in stainless steel vats to keep the freshness of its aromas in the wine. Foaming and aging for 18 months at a controlled temperature of 12°C. After disgorging, the wine rests in the cellar a few months before shipment, to allow it to assimilate the dosage liquor.

100% Pinot Noir
Sensations:
Salmon color. Fine bubbles. Seductive nose with aromas of red berries and currant. Soft attack. Harmonious and fruity palate, of great freshness. Elegant finish.
Pairings:
Aperitif wine. Serve with fish tapas, smoked salmon, fried foods and fruit soups made with strawberries, raspberries and blackberries.
Our advice:
Serve young at a temperature of 8° - 9°C
