Champagne pressing. Vinification in stainless steel vats to keep the freshness of its aromas in the wine. Foaming and aging for 24 months at a controlled temperature of 12°C. After disgorging, the wine rests in the cellar a few months before shipment, to allow it to assimilate the dosage liquor.
40% Chardonnay, 40% Riesling, 20% Pinot Blanc
Straw yellow color, brilliant and limpid. Very fine bubbles. Delicate bouquet of fruits reminiscent of pear, queen claude and mirabelle plum. Supple but fresh attack. Balanced, complex palate with aromas of white flowers, rhubarb and mint. Fruity and fresh finish of good intensity.
Aperitif wine. Ideal companion for langoustine carpaccio and goat cheese.
Best served young at a temperature of 8° - 9°C.
