Champagne pressing. Vinification in stainless steel vats to keep the freshness of its aromas in the wine. Foaming and aging for 24 months at a controlled temperature of 12°C. After disgorging, the wine rests in the cellar a few months before shipment, to allow it to assimilate the dosage liquor.
Blend: 40% Chardonnay, 40% Riesling, 20% Pinot Blanc
Sensations: Crystalline color. Mineral nose marked by aromas of citrus (lime) and lemon balm. String of fine and persistent bubbles. Frank attack. Beautiful liveliness in the mouth. Balance and freshness on the palate with aromas of redcurrant and rhubarb. Very long finish with great aromatic persistence.
Pairings: Aperitif wine and served with seafood.
Our advice: Serve young at a temperature of 8° - 9°C
