Champagne pressing. Vinification in stainless steel vats to keep the freshness of its aromas in the wine. Foaming and aging for 18 months at a controlled temperature of 12°C. After disgorging, the wine rests in the cellar a few months before shipment, to allow it to assimilate the dosage liquor.
60% Chardonnay, 30% Riesling, 10% Pinot Blanc
Straw color dress. Nice persistence. Brioche nose with aromas of white flowers, bergamot and peach. Soft attack. Fruity and balanced palate. End of the mouth with notes of lemon zest.
Aperitif wine and served with citrus soup, crème brûlée or lemon pie.
Best served young at a temperature of 8° - 9°C.
