Champagne pressing. The Gales Jubilée is exclusively made from the best juices of the cuvée. The vinification takes place in stainless steel vats. Foaming and aging for 24 months at a controlled temperature of 12°C. After aging, the wine rests in the cellar for 3-4 months before shipment, to allow it to assimilate the dosage liquor.

Sensations:
Pale yellow color with golden reflections. Fine and continuous bubbles. Mineral nose with aromas of citrus and lemon balm. Frank and fruity attack. Ample bouquet, with a nice minerality and a good balance. Persistent finish marked by great freshness.
Pairings:
Aperitif wine. Accompany blinis with goat or sheep cheese and roast chick.
Our advice:
Best served young at a temperature of 8° - 9°C.
