Vinification: Partial destemming. Fermentation temperature controlled at 16°C. Aging in small stainless steel vats.

Sensations: Pale gold color with greenish reflections. Shiny appearance. Expressive nose with notes of sweet liquorice, rose, violet and very ripe orchard fruits, a touch of honey and lovely peppery hints. Elegant palate of ripe fruit, white pepper, saffron. Concentrated and fine, very long and balanced finish.

Pairings: Aperitif wine. Serve with grilled fish.
