Ayala Rosé Majeur

Blend: 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier

Characteristics: 3 years aging on the lees on average. Dosage: 7g / liter. Degree of alcohol: 12% / Vol.

Sensations: Pale and delicate pink. Charming, generous and open nose, it reveals notes of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries) and vine peaches. Airy and expressive on the palate, it shows great freshness, due to the high proportion of Chardonnay in the blend. It presents notes of currants and raspberries and the finish, built on the persistence of the fruit, is voluptuous and melted.

Pairings: Particularly at ease at the table, Rosé Majeur will be the perfect partner for a half-cooked salmon fillet on one side, pink lamb chops or a red fruit tart.
