Our Terroir wines come exclusively from the best slopes, at the banks of the Luxembourg Moselle, with a south, south-west exposure.
Remich Hopertsbour, Remich Primerberg, Bech-Macher Gottesgôf, Bech-Macher Rëtschelt, Wellenstein Foulschette, Wellenstein Kurschels and Stadtbredimus Dieffert, are some of the great climates at the origin of our terroir wines, characterized by their finesse, their fruitiness and their minerality.
On the steep slopes, the harvest is done manually in small crates. Pressing is carried out gently using 4 pneumatic presses. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats of 31 hectoliters, at low temperature, in order to preserve the fruitiness of each of the Moselle grape varieties.
