Opening the doors of the new cellars in Ellange, a small hamlet located between Remich and Mondorf-les-Bains, you will discover a sanctuary entirely dedicated to sparkling wines, the spearhead of the company since the early 1930s.
Raised according to the precepts taught by the Benedictine monk Dom Pérignon in the 18th century, the best juices of the vine, after having been transformed into clear wines, are blended to compose the different cuvées.
Strict regulation of the ambient temperature in the cellars will promote the foaming - once the liquor and yeast have been added to the cuvée - and will guarantee the finesse of the bubbles, symbol of gaiety and joie de vivre.
After long months of sleep, the bottles will be stirred and disgorged before being adorned with their most beautiful dress, to accompany your festive moments.
