Vinification: Pressing whole grapes. Fermentation temperature controlled at 16°C. Aging in stainless steel vats of 31 hectoliters
Sensations: Clear gold color with greenish reflections. Shiny appearance. An expressive and aromatic nose reminiscent of notes of dried fruits. In the mouth it is just as seductive, revealing aromas of raisins and prunes. A wine of great complexity with a very fresh finish.
Pairings: Serve with fish and shellfish in sauce or cream.
Our advice: Serve now and until 2027. Serve chilled at 9° - 10°C
